Led the deal team for SGX-listed Hyphens Pharma International, and its digital healthtech unit, DocMed Technology, in its 51:49 joint venture with the equity owners of Hoang Duc, one of Vietnam’s leading pharmaceutical and medical supplies distributors. The JV will see the development of a B2B virtual medical hypermart for pharmaceutical supplies in Vietnam, and is an extension of DocMed’s offering in Singapore, POM, which is one of the country’s largest B2B medical procurement platforms, with more than $30 million in transactions and 500,000 log-ins for 2022.
